Dr. Ho’s focus has always been to provide the most advanced and professional care to his patients.  To accomplish this, he has attended some of the most prestigious dental, periodontal and dental implant programs, including; SUNY, USC and the Eastman Dental Center.

Humphrey Ho, D.D.S., received his undergraduate training at the University of Southern California (USC), graduating with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.   He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the State University of New York (SUNY) School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York. 

In his later years at SUNY, he was also a clinical teaching assistant for dental undergraduates.  During this time, he also completed a minor in periodontics and a summer externship at USC in periodontics and implantology.

He was then accepted into the advanced periodontal program at the renowned Eastman Dental Center.  It was there that he gained experience in the most advanced procedures of this specialty.  He also served in an instructional capacity for the Advanced Education General Dentistry program. 

In 2006, he completed an extensive periodontal residency utilizing the most current techniques and equipment available.  Upon graduation he returned to California to establish his private practice in San Diego. 

Honesty and attentiveness are the foundation of his practice.  When asked about his personal philosophy of care, he summed it up in these words,

“The patient always comes first.”

On a Personal Note

Dr. Ho is married with two children.  Originally from Hong Kong, he is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
